Ingredients
- 2 whole tilapia or bream, cleaned and scored
- 3 tbsp Tami Fresh Garlic Sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup plain flour
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Lemon wedges, to serve
- Fresh parsley or coriander, chopped

Pat the fish dry with paper towel and make 3–4 shallow cuts on each side.

Season the fish with salt, black pepper, paprika, and lemon juice.

Lightly coat the fish in a mixture of plain flour and cornflour.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.

Fry the fish for 8–10 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.

Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Pour the Tami Fresh Garlic Sauce into a small serving bowl.

Serve the crispy fried fish with the garlic sauce for dipping.
